I had bunion surgery at MSC this morning. It was such a good experience. Heated blankets, a wonderful team of nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor that worked incredibly well together made the surgery easy. The team clearly cared about me and we had great conversations while they prepped me and helped me get back on my feet to leave. Clean, punctual, friendly, computers worked, and i was well- monitored the whole time. Recommend highly!!
I had surgery here yesterday for a deviated septum and the staff and especially nurses were all so professional and fun! They created a caring and positive environment that alleviated as much of my anxiety as possible, especially Nicolette and Michael! Very professional from the minute I walked in. Compassion and smiles all around, which is exactly what you want to see and hear before surgery. Very impressed in every way with the entire team. If surgery can be called “enjoyable” it would be at MSC.
An advise to be vigilant with your medical bills! I had knee meniscus repair and went home with a knee brace. I was told by the surgical center that everything is bundled with the surgical bill including the crutches and knee brace. I was surprised getting a bill from the knee brace company and owing them a balance after the insurance paid them. What is shocking is the amount charge with the knee brace during surgery was 598$ but when I searched the exact knee brace on the website, it just cost 189$!! This is definitely an o... read more
