My endoscopy/ colonoscopy was at 9am but I arrived almost an hour early. From check- in to the nurse/tech to Dr. Reynolds, the anesthesiologist to Dr. Yakubov and the rest of the care team before and after: EXCELLENT! Was done by 945am! Great service. Thank you, everyone!
The office was clean, and the waiting area was spacious. The receptionist greeted me upon arrival and the staff was friendly. I did not wait super long to be seen. Dr. Lee allowed me to talk, and she listened while I expressed my symptoms, which was refreshing. An aftercare plan was put in place. I will definitely return.
Dr. Yukabov took his time to listen and understand my symptoms and explain with all his knowledge. He even had knowledge in the Asian health systems which made it a lot easier to communicate with him and understand each other. It truly felt like a real doctor-patient interaction where I didn’t need to rush through the list of things I needed to talk about but where I felt comfortable to discuss anything.
