This is the second time we've used Big Apple Carpet & Rug Cleaning Manhattan. We have been so pleased both times! The first time their technician took care of ink stains (that almost completely disappeared after his thorough cleaning!). This time around he cleaned our carpets and linoleum floors to help stage our house to sell. Both times he has been prompt, conscientious, professional, and incredibly fair-priced.
