Good group to work with if you’re looking to sign a lease in nyc. I had the pleasure of working with Monet Clay for about 2 weeks as we searched for a unit to rent. She’s very responsive, easy to reach, extremely proactive and communicates very well which makes a process like this much more streamlined for those looking to rent. She was fantastic. I had a terrible experience with this company .I trusted this company with my hard-earned money, expecting professionalism and transparency in a real estate transaction. Instead, I was misled and ultimately scammed out of $50000.
