RecommendedSo I went to a pediatrician until I was 18! He was awesome! Went off to college in 2 different towns and had terrible experiences. While I was at KSTAT in manhattan they referred me to Manhattan Primary Care and said they were taking patients. They had just opened. By chance I got Dr. Harrison instead of Platz. Dr. Bradley Harrison is great. Definitely doesn't beat around the bush and is very attentive to the patient in my experience with him.
Our whole family gets excellent care here.
I absolutely love this primary care. Dr. Platz is kind, attentive and he takes time to listen to you. He isn't inching towards the door during the appointment like other doctors I've seen. He is thorough, his bedside manner is that of a professional that is concerned about his patients. I feel like he truly cares about the health of my family and myself. And Shelly is THEEE best. I just love her. I would and have referred friends and family to Dr. Platz.
Switched from our pediatrician (which was a super busy office and we often times felt like a number...not all of the staff but some were often times rude...) to our primary care doctor, Dr. Platz at Manhattan Primary Care and we are so pleased with the care our children receive. They are very throughout and make sure they get down to the issue of the sickness versus just rushing you out with a prescription. They are very proactive with their approach and staff are always so nice and kind. So glad we found them!

If you want a doctor that really listens to your questions and concerns then this is your person. I never felt rushed no matter how many questions I had. Its refreshing having a doctor that knows me by name and knows my history without having to look it up on the computer each time and pretend they know me.
