I live here and it's really wonderful.
This is my go to spot for a bottle of wine. The staff is very professional and Knowledgeable about their Inventory., The prices are very reasonable and if you need a delivery from 9ave to 11ave it literally arrives in 10minutes…. Call them directly to save on unnecessary charges to them and yourself
My number was called for this building after a 14 year wait. All I can say is that based on the intake and leasing office, those individuals that work there, I would NEVER EVER want to live here. They are rude and unprofessional and I sense that represents the temp and quality of the building.
I had an odd neighbor when I lived here who would always barge in at the wrong time telling me about his latest hare-brained scheme. He was a real life of the party though. I heard he went on to do a sitcom - “Sign-something” or something like that. Lost touch with him way back, I hope he’s doing well.
There is a public case pending against security at Manhattan Plaza. Allowed a cat to remain with out food and water for an unconscionable number of days. Cat starved to death because of this negligence. It was later stated the cat was thrown in the trash. Legal fault is one thing. They may not be legally at fault but they knew that there was an animal in an unoccupied apartment and did nothing. Don’t buy or rent in this building.
Manhattan Plaza has a 4.1 star rating with 11 reviews.
Manhattan Plaza is closed now. It will open at 9:00 a.m.
