The number of times they've failed to have my correct address, to bill properly, to send any bill at all, to explain charges, to make the correct charges, to bill my insurance, etc. has been so many times over so many years that I must say the only reason I return is for the doctors' expert, honest, and credible diagnoses and exams. Office admin here however is atrocious, adds tons of work, stress, and wasted time to my life as a result. If I had to do it all over again, start elsewhere when you get a newborn.
