Rating is for the administrative staff: Unfortunately, scheduling an appointment with this team a week in advance is not enough time for their coordinator to return your calls asking if the physician they want you to see is within network. I had specifically asked these questions a week ahead of time, and followed up twice more, leading up to my appointment. Great experience! Dr. Melepura was friendly and thorough. He really listened to me patiently and thoughtfully walked me through diagnosis and next steps. Everyone in the office was friendly, organized, and prompt. Everything ran on time and efficiently. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Melepura.
