I won't go any where else for the management of my condition. I have been a patient since 2010. He is very knowledgeable and current with the latest methods to treat chronic pain. Dr. Kotkes is understanding and allows the patient to participate in their care plan. He spends time with you to explain all available options to manage your condition. Dr. Kotkes is an amazing pain management specialist. I have severe spinal issues and anytime my pain kicks in, Dr. Kotkes is able to help get it under control. He is a true lifesaver for someone like me with a chronic, debilitating, extremely painful condition. In addition to his pain management expertise, Dr. Kotkes has an excellent bedside manner and always manages to be accommodating despite his extremely busy schedule. In fact, I travel into Manhattan from Long Island as he is the only pain management expert I trust.
