I got a quote from ATG for a basic storefront glass replacement in lower Manhattan, and it was twice what other companies quoted me. I went with them thinking their quality would match the price—huge mistake. The job took 3 weeks longer than promised and the final look was mediocre at best. Not worth the premium.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in NYC. I had issues with a drafty window they installed, and getting someone to come back and fix it was like pulling teeth. Rude staff, no follow-through, and endless excuses. Still waiting for a callback, weeks later.
