Manhattan North is a horrible management company that is owned by Tahl Propp equities. This company has millions of dollars of real estate in Manhattan. 16 of the real estate properties are affordable housing units. Each one of these affordable housing units has serious issues. From unsanitary conditions, rodents, garbage, heat and water issues. The employees & Managers are horrible. We bought our apartment in this building managed by Manhattan North. We have 2 kids--we just received a $500 fee for our children using WASHABLE chalk on the OUTDOOR ground of the second floor. We are amidst a pandemic people.... REALLY you are going to say our children's chalk is graffiti and that members of the building were "greatly disturbed." Unfortunately there is a TERRIBLY hostile vibe that has been set by the management company.
