I had a really positive experience at Manhattan Mini Storage on 510-520 W. 21st St. thanks to Tony, the Assistant Manager. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. It’s not always easy to find this level of customer service, and it definitely made a difference. Highly recommend working with him!
