I’ve been a customer for 6+ years. Today I spoke to Heather H who was exceptional and beyond helpful. She took the time to ask me about my needs and helped me find the perfect unit. She was friendly, thoughtful, courteous and thorough. She is the epitome of what customer service should be. I wish there were more people like Heather, it would make processes easier. I wish I could give her 10 stars; it was that good. She renewed my faith in Manhattan Mini and its attention to customer care.
Booking with Manhattan mini storage was quick and professional. The Staff-person was great!
The place is very clean, the employees are very helpful. However, I moved into a unit mid-January and moved out mid-August because in that time, rates were raised TWICE. I cannot recommend using this company unless for a very short amount of time.
On the phone they said it was $53. At the office it was $69, plus another $16 insurance that no one ever mentioned. After three months the price jumped to $99 — no one will tell you that the price gonna increase , when you first sign. There are storages for 25$ the same size, that’s probably why no one explains you all this details, for you just come in and they say we dnt have units for 53$.
