The company’s staffs are very friendly and unconditionally helpful. From 43rd to 44th location in Hell’s Kitchen. Louis and Alicia i love you both! i connected with them in different dates but the same period of work where you will not be surprised if the employee of any company (regardless of the zip codes and the ambience of the facility) is lethargic, but these two pivot my apprehension into admiration.
Keenaja was amazing at helping us! We weren’t sure what size was suitable and she spent time and showed the different units. Appreciate her honesty and patience.
잠시 짐을 맡길 곳이 필요했는데 다른 한국인들이 운영하거나 기업 또는 로텔에 맡기는 것이 금액적으로 부담되어서 창고를 선택했습니다. 저는 큰 짐 2개와 작은 캐리어 하나를 한달에 약 30불 정도로 결제했고, 다른 업체들보다 굉장히 싸게 (한달 기준으로 계산 시 300불까지 견적 받아봤습니다) 짐을 맡길 수 있었습니다. 정말 다양하게 질문도 했는데 하나하나 다 들어주시고, 원래 창고가 2층이라서 1층으로 조정해달라고했는데 여러가지 옵션도 보여주셨습니다 복도에서 짐 교체도 가능하다고 합니다! 질문 많이해도 친절하게 받아주셨어요 Alica가 제가 체크아웃하는 것도 도와주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 아침부터 바쁘게 움직여야했는데 여유롭고 차근차근 진행할 수 있어서 완전 추천합니다
