I like the facilities at Manhattan Mini but in my experience they only offer a teaser monthly rate and three months later your rate jumps significantly. It doesn’t even matter if you downsize because you will not get a better rate for that smaller size. The best solution for me was to empty out the storage space and go elsewhere for a long-term fixed rate. Beware.
