I lost my keys and was very confused on the process, Miss Alicia was the kindest, most helpful attendant She walked and helped me through the process and explained everything to me. The gentleman who helped open the locked was very knowledgeable and professional (I guess this happens often lol). I was so embarrassed and they made me feel at ease. Thank you again Miss Alicia & Mr. Hiram.

Unhelpful customer service and shady business practices. (Just keep in mind your rate will go up and you’ll have to switch units.) The facility was decently maintained but had issues with some aggressive people using their storage as a home/office and yelling at me for trying to get into my own storage unit.
