Absolutely the worst storage unit facility ever - we’re so unresponsive and had to go in days in a row to try and get any manager to speak to me. Highly recommend going to any other location but this one. My experience on W 107th was WORLDS different - so glad I switched locations
The costs are just outrageous! They incur additional costs after the "promotional period," and the charges increase significantly. What started off as a great deal became a nightmare. Customer service gave fictitious justifications for their refusal to assist. Locate a reliable place to avoid the tension. Not again.
