Called to get a quote to store my bike for 2 months over the summer while I was away. Total cost was around $120 for two months in a 4x4 space. This included a one-time admin fee $29, insurance $20/month and the first month rental free. Second month rental was around $50. Heather H. was very helpful in explaining all the separate costs and made the over-the-phone experience easy.
Heather H was amazing and so helpful! Sometimes it’s scary to try to get answers or guidance over the phoned however she was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. Thank you Heather H!!!

The staff is very friendly, however I cannot understate the shady and scammy business practices. After 4 months, they will increase your rent, with only 2 weeks notice, by upwards of 2x-3x. There will also be an increase at 9 months. This is in light of multiple store members telling us that the biggest increase they see is 20-40%. By the way, it’s important to note that you will only see the increase in your bill, not in writing. They prey on those who have things on auto pay, and are not paying attention.
