Late post, but could never forget to give stars where”STARS” where stars are due! I had the best customer centric service from Alex at Manhattan mini storage the week of May 10th-15th. He went above and beyond the basic customer service when he saw me struggling by myself trying to get my belongings up to my storage unit. I can’t thank him enough for “Everything” to make my experience stress free and smooth. Big thank you to Alex & the manager of that storage facility location.
