I spoke with Autumn from Mini Storage and she was helpful with my questions and concerns. The rate we were quoted was very affordable and we were satisfied with the service we reviewed.
Promised climate control and 24/7 access, but neither was dependable. Temperature was drastically fluctuating, and I was shut out more than once due to “system issues.” Do not believe the advertisements; once you sign the contract, the majority of the promises do not match the actual situation.
It is a money trap here. The price you really pay is far higher than what was quoted. Unexpected hidden costs appear, and customer service representatives will not give a thorough explanation. A bait-and-switch feeling permeates everything. It would be better for you to store your belongings somewhere else.
Very helpful and easy process
Absolutely horrible service. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, acting like I was a hassle for asking basic questions. When problems arise, there is no help or communication. Every time I reached out, I felt rejected and unheard. Absolutely not worth the trouble.
