Several times I have gine to the Dyckman location and the elevator is out of order. I called the main number and the guy Noah who answered gave me some cockamamie answers like "Uh, Maam... it may take...uh...six to eight months for...the repair " "Ask them to use the freight elevator" so I couldn't call directly, he had to transfer me to that location, the guy said "That is the freight elevator".
