This location used to be a Cubesmart with affordable pricing and access to the rear gate (which Cubesmart had made into a loading zone, prohibiting parking in that area). Now that Manhattan Mini Storage has taken over, the communication and customer service is atrocious. They ignore my questions, I have to follow up repeatedly over email. They've lied to my face in person. They are hiking rent for no reason other than "that's what we do every 9 months" and have kept the back entrance locked, citing weather and security conce... read more
DO NOT RENT! Late fee scam. My credit card expired, so I changed it, which turned off autopay. I was charged nearly a month’s rent as a late fee. Also, the prices increased and quality of service decreased when it changed over from CubeSmart. The cost of my forced insurance doubled too.
Manhattan Mini Storage bought the cube smart Nextdoor and removed the side door access that I was granted with cube smart for the last two years. If amenities of convenience are being removed we should expect a decrease in rent.
