Joseph was fantastic, incredibly helpful. I had three units at this location, And he helped me work through a specific problem that I could not fix on my own. He definitely went above and beyond. I’ve used similar services where they sort of treat you like a number, Joseph made me want to come back!

Overall, my experience renting my storage unit was very positive. The staff were always friendly (Dangie who helped close out my unit was especially nice). I would have kept my unit, but the regular rent increases evaporated my already thin profit margins, so I had to make other storage arrangements.
