He was very very helpful as he explained the storage rates and how often the rates increase. JD was helpful in setting me up with a storage unit at a favorable rate. JD and his assistant who worked with him informed me that I may use my home renters insurance to cover my insurance at Manhattan Storage. Wow ! I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service I received both on the phone and in person at the Dyckman/Inwood location. I mistook my booking location and was initially in contact with David at the Dyckman location regarding an issue I was having signing a document.
