I love the staff in this facility. They are so incredibly helpful and professional. They work with you until they know that my issues are resolved. CeeJay and JD were extremely helpful when I was trying to transfer ownership of my unit to someone else. The moment that I spoke with them, it was immediately done! They followed up with an email to me to ensure that Iñaki was well and I didn’t need additional help. AMAZING!

He was very very helpful as he explained the storage rates and how often the rates increase. JD was helpful in setting me up with a storage unit at a favorable rate. JD and his assistant who worked with him informed me that I may use my home renters insurance to cover my insurance at Manhattan Storage. Wow !
