Having a storage unit in NYC is not unsusal, but getting a good deal for one is. If you're in uptown Manhattan and need help, go see JD. He is such a dear! Every time I come to the facility he is welcoming, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Consistent 10/10 with him.

Ive been with MMS storage for years, Recently I was moving out of 1 of my units & unfortunatly cut myself pretty badly on a mirror! JD handled the situation fast & profesionaly. They helped me get bandaged up checking in on me every so often.
I love the staff in this facility. They are so incredibly helpful and professional. They work with you until they know that my issues are resolved. CeeJay and JD were extremely helpful when I was trying to transfer ownership of my unit to someone else. The moment that I spoke with them, it was immediately done! They followed up with an email to me to ensure that Iñaki was well and I didn’t need additional help. AMAZING!
