People who live here tend to think that theirs is the greatest neighborhood in all of Manhattan. It's hard to argue with them. What with Lincoln Center, the Natural History Museum, gorgeous pre-war brownstones and endless blocks of kicky restaurants, the Westsiders have it pretty good. Oh, and we hear Central Park is nice, too. UWS Trivia: The area between 96th and 110th Streets was once known as "Bloomingdale District."

They sold all my stuff, without even sending me a email for notice, no voicemail either... I changed my credit card number and didn't update the auto pay, one month and half was enough for them to open my unit and sold everything on the spot, they make you sign a garbage not negotiable contract so they have no liability even when they break the law like they did with me, they didn't give me proper notification and they don't care really Evil people, big lost for me
RUN. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE PLACE. These people are so evil. They don’t give 2 shits about their customers, this is so horrible I have no idea what to even do right now. I rented this unit after finding out so had to leave to country for work on very short notice. I started moving in my belongings. Halfway through my code to get in the building stopped working. WORD OF WARNING!!! CHANGE OR OWNERSHIP....This place has turned into a nightmare, no service, no one a front desk, if your account balance is zero they still lock your stuff up so you can't enter....NEW OWNER POLICY IS CUSTOMER IS LAST. Even if you have to go a little further i highly recommend not giving this place your money.
The East village location of Manhattan Mini storage has inhumane customer service especially their manager. They have no customer satisfaction what so ever they don't even care what your needs are. That particular location's phone etiquette is particularly in horrible. They don't listen to your concerns nor do they attempt to help you.
