We needed more living space and hired Daniel and the team of Local Home Contractor for a room addition in the Bronx. The new room space blends perfectly with the existing house. You honestly cannot tell it was added later. Very professional crew and solid workmanship. They took care of everything for us and made the process much more easy than we expected. We are very happy with the results.
We did a kitchen renovation in Staten Island, including removing a wall to open the space. What a difference. The kitchen feels twice as big, and the layout flows perfectly now. They handled permits and inspections, which made things much easier for us.
We hired Local Home Contractor and Avi for a bathroom remodeling project in Queens, and the result is amazing. The old bathroom was outdated and cramped, and now it feels like a spa. The crew was clean, respectful, and finished right on schedule. The tile work and shower installation came out perfect.

Very disappointing experience. I paid money upfront for work that was never completed as promised. Communication became poor once payment was made, and I had to constantly follow up with no clear answers.
