My apartment cleaning was fast and thorough. I'm very happy with the results. I'll definitely use them again.
I used them to clean my apartment after a holiday party and they did an amazing job! They sent over three maids who were very kind and helpful, I am now using them regularly.
This place never showed or called just robbed me of $350. I WANT A REFUND NOW!
I just moved out of my apartment on the west side and was recommended Manhattan Maids to clean my apartment before I left. They did such a great job I have began using them to clean my new apartment weekly. Very professional and they do great work.
Did well the first few times, but then brought in a new crew that did a terrible job. They rushed through leaving dirt, wet towels and one area untouched, a generally poor job in but charged more than agreed. In another apartment they left dirt, dust and mess for a new tenant. The proprietor, previously helpful, completely denied that this was so and told me we were mistaken, in spite of a detailed list of issues provided by the tenant.
