I don’t know why no one brings it up but this place is so shady and against ethical standards for medical professionals. I’ve been to many Medspa I know how it works that we pay exactly whatever is listed on the pricing guide. Only facials that you’ll leave a tip. But this place will charge you with tax and TIP for a medical procedure! And they never told you on website or whatever until at the very end. This Medspa was AMAZING. I've been to quite a few and the hospitality, cleanliness, professionalism and care was above par. Amanda was so kind, gentle, hilarious and skilled. I just melted like butter in her caring and well trained hands. 10/10. I'll definitely come back!

I always have such a lovely experience here! I could not be any happier and the staff if so sweet and amazing. Alithea is so friendly and professional and Czayna is so sweet and does an amazing job! I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Been coming here for 5 years for laser & probably seen every technician over the course. Tatiana M. is the BEST <3 she’s so thorough and patient. She really takes her time & makes you feel comfortable. It’s hard to find a good place for Laser in New York, and she’s a gem!!! Highly highly recommend
