The owners are very kind and helpful. I had a simple, small job to resize a bracelet and it was done relatively quickly. Very professional and would explain what was needed. I also brought in a necklace to repair and they kindly explained why it was unlikely worth fixing, saving me money and frustration. Then he said whenever I was ready he would help me replace it - not being pushy but just offering his services. Looking forward to the next time I can go back and use their services again.
What started with a couple of necklace repairs and watch batteries, grew into a relationship based upon mutual trust and respect.
