Amazing service and extremely helpful in helping me understand what to look for, giving me lots of options to make it unique, and providing incredible quality at a far better price than many other large chain stores, will be my go to store for any future jewellery for my fiancé and me, I can't thank them enough!
Needed a new battery for my watch. The owners were very nice and promptly replaced the battery there and then whilst I waited. Price was reasonable and the service was good. I'll bring my other watches here in future. Recommended.

I brought my watch for battery replacement and my pandora charm that lost a few fake diamonds - the owners were so nice and helpful. The 2 items stayed there for a couple of days for repair (a difficulty with replacing the battery) and they sent me a text when it was ready. 10/10 and super impressive that they speak spanish! Highly recommended
