No stars. This review is for the chair that this one has replaced, the Eames Lounge Chair. I am upset because the warranty was not honored. The chair was fine until, through no fault of my own, the back portion broke. It has been broken for months sitting in my living room. Ben in Consumer Services said he would replace the bracket. After many communications on my part, he did not send the correct replacement. Eventually communication stopped, therefore, I cannot recommend dealing with this company.
FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. This business is committing fraud. We have reported it to the bank. We purchased a bed frame in August 2020 and at first received very limited communication, and no bed by December (though the expected wait time was 6-8 weeks from purchase - for an item labeled “in stock” on the site). Excellent value, comfortable, easy to assemble. Their staff is very knowledgeable! I gave them a call and they answered all my questions. I placed the order directly from the phone.
I have been having had these two chairs for a while and it's time to review them. They look exactly how I wanted and they are very comfortable. My guests always asked me where I got them and really like them. Happy customer.

I got 2 Lounge chairs. The materials and stitching seem to be of high quality. I would recommend this chair.
