No stars. This review is for the chair that this one has replaced, the Eames Lounge Chair. I am upset because the warranty was not honored. The chair was fine until, through no fault of my own, the back portion broke. It has been broken for months sitting in my living room. Ben in Consumer Services said he would replace the bracket. After many communications on my part, he did not send the correct replacement. Eventually communication stopped, therefore, I cannot recommend dealing with this company.

FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. This business is committing fraud. We have reported it to the bank. We purchased a bed frame in August 2020 and at first received very limited communication, and no bed by December (though the expected wait time was 6-8 weeks from purchase - for an item labeled “in stock” on the site). After multiple calls and emails, we finally got through to someone and requested to cancel our order and be refunded. They promised that would be no problem. Unfortunately, we still have no refund. I have been having had these two chairs for a while and it's time to review them. They look exactly how I wanted and they are very comfortable. My guests always asked me where I got them and really like them. Happy customer.

Great experience considering it's the first time I've bought furniture online. I really liked not having to wait weeks for delivery and I can tell the quality is something else. It was very well packed and with minimal assembly.

I recently went to the NYC showroom. When you come in you're not pushed to get something but rather get a laid-back sales approach and insight on what would match with your decor. Which is great for me. I placed an order yesterday.

I got 2 Lounge chairs. The materials and stitching seem to be of high quality. I would recommend this chair.
