I’m not a big reviewer but I feel obligated to warn people here. This is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. In my second appointment, she tilted my head back and put a bandage contact in my eye with no explanation or notice, and then the front desk informed me I HAD to come back in a few days (I was going out of town) to remove that. Well, what I have to say. The staff (medical assistants) totally obey the office "sales" regiment. They don't give your relatives call/mail back, I'm waiting for my Dad's medical record with zero reply from these medical clerks. The female doctor Rapoport is a great professional, but has absolutely no empathy, basically she is a robotic individual, very money oriented, just a salesperson. BEWARE OF THE UNHYGIENIC EYE CHECK. I went in with my mother for a cataract evaluation. I over heard ALL patient get the SAME DIAGNOSIS AND SAME TREATMENT AT CHECK OUT. Not only did she not properly exam my mother’s eye, she did not CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT AND JUST PLACED A TISSUE ON THE CHIN.
