Great ! Dr Greer , his assistant and Carl were on time with the appointment, offered good advice and were truly concerned about the patients welfare throughout the procedure. Outcome was perfect.
Excellent experience. Began right on time, finished in 1 hour. Professional help answered all questions and explained how to maintain teeth following session.
The staff was polite, prompt and courteous. My hygienist was patient, gentle and very thorough in explaining what was going on with my teeth and gums. Dr. Vargas was also very patient and went over in detail what was going on in my mouth and why he recommended certain treatment. Even scheduling my next appointments was great...Al reviewed what the cost would be to me without me having to ask and reviewed different ways I could schedule the appointments to maximize my insurance. Excellent experience!
Referred by a good friend, Manhattan Dental Spa has definitely lived up to my expectations. They are efficient, follow up with you (a little too often but hey, they're persistent), and give you quality services. They do what they say they're going to do, offer helpful advice, and explain things clearly. They also don't push treatments on you. They'll recommend you do something and give you the facts but they're not trying to push it.
I've been going to this office for years and they never let me down. Wait time is minimal (if no waiting at all), which is rare for anything here in NYC. The staff is very friendly and, most importantly, knowledgeable. The Dentists themselves could not be better. I highly recommend this office!
Highly sanitary setting, yet comfortable. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and nice. I will definitely be recommending Manhattan Dental Spa to my family and friends.
i love the dentist. so i am pretty happy going in whenever! but mds went above and beyond for me this recent appointment. turns out even though i had received a postcard noting that i was due for a check up, i had just been in for a cleaning 3 months ago and therefore this cleaning would not be covered by my insurance. my hygienist did some double checking and turns out i WAS covered!
I have been going to Dr. Charnas for 26 years. No one better. I always have a wonderful time at the dentist! How many people can really say that? The atmosphere is professional yet relaxed - a perfect balance.
