I've been getting great cleanings and cordial customer service for the most part for about 4 years. The only issue I've had was when they f'd up some billing and got sassy but they cleared that tab out with a patient referral so all is well.
The Worst!!! Went in to get veneers on my top front eight teeth. They came in the first time and didn’t completely cover my teeth. Dr. Firshein said I was being too picky. He said I was the only one who would notice. It was just one thing after the other after that. The veneers came in with cracks in them, the colors were wrong, the were the wrong sizes, they didn’t fit in my mouth, they would pop out because they weren’t glue in well enough. I've been a patient for about 1year, visited times. First visit was a check and cleaning, second and third was just the cleaning -- no cavities but require an increased frequency of flossing. I am absolutely impressed everytime I visit. Everyone in that office has a beautiful smile and they greet you like they expected you all week. The Dentists, Hygenist, techs and staff -- everyone in that office treats you like family (the nice kind of family you dream about on tv). I love going to the dentist, so I may be bias.
