This place security team is horrible , they make feel every one as garbage, in special the Afro marican lady the one is today by Main gate , she make is community worse what is fact is , very bad aptitud and way to communicate, management should be take about this little insidents don’t come here , she with all intentions reten my access and my id , she make my day hard just because she don’t like her job and she fill miserable for the job she got very disappointed

Constant noise pollution all hours of the day and night. Some noise is ok and cant be avoided but this is excess and unnecessary. It is either dogs barking in the middle of the night and during the day, cars blasting bass speakers at night that vibrate through your walls, or maintenance dragging around dumpsters (other propertys use forklifts to lift and not drag as to not disturb there residents) during the day.

some people work graveyard shift and the leaf blowers at 8 in the morning are ridiculously excessive and make it IMPOSSIBLE for people to sleep, don’t live here if you work graveyard and need to sleep late
