Both doctor and PA explained every step of the procedure. Both made me feel relaxed in the office.
I first saw Dr. Segal to obtain clearance to undergo major abdominal surgery, a new and daunting experience for me. Needless to say, I was quite apprehensive about this whole situation. Dr. Segal took time to listen to my concerns and carefully explain the purpose of each diagnostic procedure as well as the results.
