I went to an open house and the broker was Nancy Sepe. She was telling people to submit applications and that the decision would be made by the end of day or next day. But 6 days later, no decision had been made. I had submitted a $500 good faith deposit with the application and it seems multiple other people had too. But thankfully, she returned my deposit when I asked since I had to make another decision due to the delay.
