Found this place through my insurance, made an appointment months ago and asked specifically if they were in-network and any fees. I just get to the office for my appointment and they say there is a $250 annual membership fee. Literally I would have never made the appointment. It’s a scam they don’t tell you about it - bait & switch. Do not come here
Love love love Dr. Lily and Betty Lee. They're brilliant. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. The entire staff is phenomenal and knowledgable! They care and I love it. Thank you for being so wonderful. Appreciate it.
Ridiculous - they keep rescheduling my initial visit. It was hard enough to get in then I keep getting messages to reschedule my appointment. No one picks up the phone when you call I had to go in person . Not a good experience .
Without fail, every single time I'd call this clinic or the Beverly Hills location I'd be immediately placed on hold for no less than 5 minutes, often as much as 10-15m. Once someone answers it's a crapshoot if they'd be nice to you or not. I used to see one of the doctors from this practice years ago at the BH location (same issue with immediate prolonged holds) and stopped when I moved. Dr.rosen is the best obgyn I have ever met! He did a DnC on me and delivered my baby boy. He has the best bedside manner. Thank you for everything ❤️ Maximillion is a healthy baby boy and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor.
