Good service snacks and coffee while you wait
Manhattan Beach Toyota dealership sold me a car with only one key, promising to find the second one within a week and send it by mail. That never happened of course. After countless calls and messages to the dealer most of which were ignored, and more than six months of waiting, I was left with no option but to go to them in person.
