NO STARS!!! This is the WORST service I have EVER had. Total slime bags. They also managed to damage my car in the process of "fixing it." Both Sam and Richard contradict one another, and they misquoted prices, time, everything. Absolutely AWEFUL, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. Consider this fair warning.
I brought my car into this repair "slop", ( I mean shop) on Jan 2. It is now Feb 1 and I still do not have my car. *20 min. walk from the subway. Not fun in the freezing slush. * The front to rear passenger side was to be repaired. ONLY 1/2 was finished when on Jan 29 they told me to pick it up. (3 weeks already)!!! *Completely inadequate work, the front panel didn't even line up. *I have read other reviews, you should as well! *I was told I needed to buy my own hubcaps because he wasn't sure I would like the ones he ordered... read more
Terrible service, stay away. After accident, they fixed the car body but did not notice other parts of the car that were damaged. The work also took three to four weeks longer than promised. In the interim, I had to rent a car which they told me they would pay for. When asked for reimbursement, they danced around the issue and would not provide an answer. Ultimately, they never paid. This shop lies to their customers and should be avoided.
i'm a progressive customer & progressive insurance insisted i go to a bodyshop on 94st thay are rude & unprofessional I DID NOT HAVE THEM REPAIR MY BMW and the dealer does not have there own bodyshop ,thank god i found manhattan auto care on delancey street thay fixed my car & i am so happy everyone should know you can trust this place
Please do not use this body shop if you want professional courteous service. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. The so-called owner, Richard, is the most rude, obnoxious, and disrespectful person I have ever met. I never actually even made it inside the shop as his rudeness stopped me in my tracks from the outside. JUNE 01 2009 I WAS IN A BIG CAR ACCIDENT I'M INSUREND WITH GEICO AND THAY TOLD ME TO GO TO MANHATTAN AUTOCARE AT 275 DELANCEY STREET , BEFORE GOING TO MANHATTAN AUTOCARE I DID NOT TRUST ANY AUTO REPAIR SHOPS (BUT i DO NOW) MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT ,MY CAR NOW LOOKS LIKE NEW LIKE THE DAY I GOT IT AT THE DEALER I LOVE MANHATTAN AUTO CARE AND GEICO FOR SENDING THERE ( DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE ) GO TO MANHATTAN AUTO CARE AT 275 DELANCEY STREET
