Today was my first visit to this practice for a special test as referred to by my specialist. To my unexpected and most pleasant surprise, I was met by a staff and doctors that almost immediately made me feel welcome and important. One hearing aid went bad and Dr. Roufos fixed it right away by replacing a defective wire and provided new domes for greater comfort and clarity. The doctors at Manhattan Audiology know what they are doing and provide the expertise and understanding that helps with a very frustrating deficiency - the lack of ability to hear without assistance. Thank you - both Dr. Roufoses. You are a pleasure to do deal with and you are very good at what you do.
