Getting my car washed 2017 VW Tiguan (which is relatively small). Was told up front $21.99. Just went to pay and was charged $26.99. Why? SUV up charge. Surprise. LThey should tell you what they are charging you. Not happy. Not nice. Did do a nice job though. But won’t return.
Manhasset hand wash always makes my truck shine, even the basic wash makes my truck look like it just rolled off the showroom floor
My husband took my car to get it wash I have free carwash on my lease car from two locations. I usually don't go to this one but he prefers this location. Well they spend no time on the car and they did not even clean the trunk. Very upsetting if I had to pay for this service I would probably not use this spot. I guess because the free card from my dealer for free carwash I get a C performance on the cleaning of car. No customer service employees lack motivation and their phones are more important than doing a job well done.... read more
The staff is friendly. The hours/location is convenient. And they offer employee discount.
I always go to the Manhasset Hand Wash. They do a great job and the owners and staff are delightfully nice! I wouldn't take my Corvette anywhere else!
