I was a patient at Manhas Health for a few years, then my doctor left and I was given a different wonderful doctor, Dr. Yan, but then I don’t know what happened, Manhas Health decided to drop all their patients and send us somewhere else. I was assigned a nurse practitioner that in the end, didn’t want to take me on, maybe based on my medical history, which is arbitrary. I agree with so many reviews here. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of my family doctor. I can NEVER reach the office over the phone either. I CANNOT book appointment online either. Seriously wondering why I have them as a home doctor. Like many people said, this is our health and well being we are talking about and this is extremely unprofessional.
I have always appreciated being a patient of Dr. Paul and have had very positive experiences in the past. Unfortunately, for my recent appointment I had to book with Dr. Mahsa Mackie, and the experience was quite disappointing. The appointment lasted less than five minutes and felt very rushed. When I began asking questions, I felt hurried through the conversation, and the consultation ended abruptly.
