Very fortunte to have Dr. Paul and his team as my family's gp. The office is an integrated practice that focuses on health through a more holistic approach vs just quick RX pushing. He cares and truly listens to his patients. The staff are lovely, esp their in house nurse practioner..

The Doctors seem to be great. I absolutely love my dermatologist Dr. Mackie. However, it is impossible to get through on the phone and when I email to make an appointment they tell me to call. Like hello?? I have been trying. Last year despite explaining how long I waited on the phone I was still told I have to call because they can’t schedule appointments via email. As other reviewers previously stated, the doctors get the job done and are rather professional. It's fine once you get to them. However, my goodness the front desk staff/admin staff. There is a lot of room for improvement in that front. I suggest some resources are spent here on either paying for training seminars or hiring more experienced and polite staff.
