They botched my beautiful hair! My hair used to be down to my butt and I told them to take an inch or two off! They ended up doing a snip to my shoulders and than told me they couldnt turn back!? I am so upset with how my hair turned out and it took me years to grow my hair to the length I had it before they destroyed my hair!
When I showed the stylist my reference video and photos of twhat I wanted she was confident she vould do it .she started cutting she was asking me questions of if I wanted one length through the whole head and I didn't understand because I had showed a video of the hair I wanted . I should have known when she kept askimg questions that was a red flag
Had an appointment set for a specific time and sat and waited for over 20 mins and still wasn’t seen(even after checking in). Just walked out. Really frustrating and a huge waste of my time.
Absolutely amazing service, took my son there for a haircut. Staff is super friendly and cut my son's hair exactly as specified. Definitely will be back again.
