Earlier today I went off at the front desk about missing a scheduled appointment. I was very unhappy with the receptionist response. However the office management did reach out to me and resolved the issue. I’m happy with the professionalism of the doctors and the care they have for their patients. I’m happy to return to this office.

I just tried to make an appointment so my daughter can get a physical for school and they said the earliest I can get on is in December. Its September 26th. I just switched to this Doctor and that would have been my daughters 1st appointment. Whats insane is I have to switch Doctors again, wait 30 days and will still get the appointment before I can get one if I stay with him.
My family and I were assigned to this location. We will be changing immediately because the customer service is awful. The lady receptionist is very rude.
