Failed to find a recall on my truck and charged me $1k to do pointless work. The check engine light kept coming back on as soon as I left their shop, literally on my drive home.. after the 2nd time I called Ford and within minutes of giving them my VIN I was told there is a recall and the work is covered at no charge, and made an appointment with them. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I originally brought my truck in because the check engine light was on. Before I even arrived, I had already had the code read and told them what the issue appeared to be. I still paid around $200 for their diagnostic service because I expected a professional shop to actually diagnose the problem and determine what was causing the code.
