Had a scraping sound coming from underneath my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander and had to leave for a trip on Sunday and it was Friday. Thought it may be bushings. They told me to bring it in and that they could take a look at it but no guarantee it could be fixed today. Brought it in and they not only diagnosed that it was actually clips that holds some plates under the car but also fixed it for me and did not charge me. It was my first time there. Had transmission issues they said they could fix it after a week of having it I came to pick it up paid them over$1000 drove off and it was not fixed. Called them and drove it back they had it for almost another week charged me almost $700 more and was still not fixed then refused to fix it.
We use Mangum Motorsports for all of our vehicles. We have had only the best experience with Mike, Kyle, Bev and the rest of the crew. Aside from their excellent work I’d have to rank honesty as the number one reason I keep going back. They never come out trying to upsell you useless maintenance on your vehicle. Absolutely Fantastic, I have a Airport Transportation business and Kyle and his team serviced my car and explained in detail the service they provided me. Bev treated me with excellent customer service. This now is my go to place to service my car !
