Dr. Jones is the real deal. I’ve been seeing results since my very first adjustment with her, and I continue to improve with every visit. She’s drastically reduced my back/shoulder pain, radically improved my spinal rotation, and heavily assisted me in correcting imbalances. Meredith always has the answers to my pain! The muscle work is phenomenal and always puts me on track to healing! She always has the answers to my pain and even sends me home with “homework” aka stretches and positions to avoid in the gym while I’m healing. I’m not getting any younger but I still like to keep up in the gym, so this is the place for me!
