I have been shopping at Mangos since they opened down in Bearden years ago. Yes the store is always full of beautifully unique home furnishings but the most special part of the place is the owner Jennifer. She always goes out of her way for all her clients and greets everyone with her bright smile. I have sent my own clients, friends and family to Mangos and they always mention how wonderful Jennifer and her staff are- I highly recommend a trip to the Lenoir City Mangos- they never disappoint!
I hate to start the new year with negativity, but I want to share my experince with Mango Decor in Lenoir City as a heads up for future buyers. This in regards to “special orders”- In September, I ordered a table, chairs, and a rug after an in-home consultation with the owner/designer. When the table arrived, the color/finish was incorrect. Although the owner agreed it wasn’t the finish we selected, she would not issue a refund!
