Called and place an order to go. Customer service was awesome the two girls in the front were really sweet and helpful! food was amazing. Order was right. Excellent! 10/10 definitely recommend this place.
Genuinely unbelievable. As a former take out specialist and life long food service worker hear me when I say I get that things happen. But if my order is ready and waiting for me at the host stand explain to me how EVERY SINGLE PART of my order was WRONG. We order extra beans, non existent. I paid extra for four sorry excuses for shrimp and they are no where to be found? I ordered the Pollo Loko(cheesy chicken and rice) yet received no queso on my plate and a 2oz side of queso is supposed to replace that? All in all the most... read more
They have the really good, thin crispy tortilla chips. Not the hard stale yellow thick ones. They are freshly made, and for this dish, the nacho locos, they have homemade tortilla chips under them too but they fry tortillas so they're thicker and hold all the toppings. I get this every single time. All their food is so fresh and so good, and we always have tons to take home.
This place has vegetarian/ vegan friendly options! I got the veggie fajitas, and will definitely return! 😋😋😋
