Have heard lot's of very bad PIREPs recently on this place - to be AVOIDED like freezing rain !
I flew into O69 in the early afternoon to purchase a bicycle in Santa Rosa and when I went to head home, my airplane's EGT/CHT gauge started indicating an abnormally high temperature on the number one cylinder. I was directed to Mangon by the airport staff at 4:50pm. I recently purchased a very old and new to me 182. I called to get info you're just not going to get from a broker selling you an AC. Ron who had worked on her previously and didn't know me from Adam really helped out and yet wouldn't take a nickel for his time.
