I had an appointment a couple of weeks ago with Dr. Mangold, I traveled 45 minutes to get to his office. Once inside, I was waiting almost an hour and nobody called my name and I was the only one in the waiting room. I finally had to leave to go to work and no one in the office gave me an explanation for the long wait or an apology. I wont be going back.
