Located inside Seafood City. Based on their website we had assumed that there was someone available to speak to in person but it is only an empty kiosk. The staff works 100% remote. Save yourself a drive and give them a call instead. If not, you’ll find yourself sitting at an empty kiosk on the phone with someone who isn’t there.
We were not happy with the way our ticket was handled. We felt that after paying our plane tickets our calls were ignored late respond to our concerns.
