They ware too busy even to call me back I end up buying tickets to the Philippines online for 2 for 4200
I called the San Jose, CA Mango Tours. A gentleman answered. I explained what information I needed. He got my cell number and email, and I was informed that an agent would contact me. It has been 5 days. I have not heard from them at all. As of now, I am giving them 1 star as customer service is non-existent. I will come back to update this review if I hear back.
