I had an extremely frustrating experience with this clinic, largely due to poor communication, low intelligent and unprofessional conduct from the front desk staff. I was referred here by my family doctor for a procedure. Initially, things seemed straightforward—they called to confirm my appointment and instructed me to pick up a prescription from a pharmacy, which they said had been faxed over. dr tan is great and the reception is nice helping with babies measurements. difficult to get an appointment at times though as the doctor gets fully booked quickly
