This was always the place that set the standard but it’s been a few years since I’ve been back and wow has it changed. Now they are just like every other dealership. Whoever is running the service department needs to go. It took forever for someone to lift the door after I honked repeatedly and then no one wanted to check me in. Made an appointment for two weeks out on an urgent engine fueling repair for 9:00 am drop off appointment with a note to call at noon. No call at noon so I called, the people who answered had no idea about it, then put me on hold while he went to find out. Another person picked up and in the back ground the first guy was asking about it but someone said they didn’t want to do that one today. Then was told I was gonna get a call back soon. I made an appointment on 11/13/25 for 2:00pm for 11/19/25 and dropped off my truck 15 minutes early and handed them the keys and got a ride home.
