HORRIBLE service experience. Took my Buick Enclave in for a recall fix and asked them to complete an oil change while it was there (normally would’ve had it done elsewhere but since I was going to be down my vehicle for the day anyway….). Very first visit as we just moved to the area, and we were very pleased with our service rep Eric, the post service video report was awesome, everything was great
very friendly and worked to address my warranty issue. Explanations were very clear and thorough answering any questions I had. Service writer Eric was very friendly and professional. Master Tech did a good job getting the repair made. Even with the shop missing Technicians they were able to get my repair made in a timely fashion.
I always get great service at Mangino dealerships. I dropped of my vehicle for transmission and coolant flush on a 2010 Avalanche with 260K miles on her that I intend to keep forever. So on a service that is risky I only trusted you guys to do it. Last Summer my BF who usually goes to another Chevy dealer need AC repair on his Equinox and they told him it would take weeks to get it in during the heat wave we had.
