Eat, eat Mangia Mangia is located in Salem Square mall in Countryside and the food is very good. The restaurant creates a nice ambiance, and even has Italian music playing outside on the sidewalk. Prices are a bit high compared to some others, but are certainly not the highest in town.

So nice they named it twice – mangia mangia has the biggest portions i seen! you can spit it with someone else at ur table for no cost or take half togo. Theres always enough for left overs. The service is good theres always someone getting you a refill before ur glass is empty, and refills are free. Great selction of wine they even have frist glass of any wine on fridays are $5.00. Greatest Italian food – The grilled Calamari makes Rosebud and Maggianno's look like a dive, there is also an asparagus "Roma" appetizer of unbelievable taste. The problem here is the pasta dishes are way too pricey although they are extremely abundant. My advice when you go is get a couple of appetizers a minestrone soup (POSSIBLY THE BEST ON THE CONTINENT) and split an entree.

my parents and i decided to try this place after we drove past it one night. i love italian cousine and was excited to find some place new. the first thing that surprised me about mangia mangia was the prices. for a $20 entree i thought i could have gone to beautiful italian restaurant with white linen table clothes and candles on the table (Maggianos) and had a MUCH better experience. we went on a thursday night around 7:00 and the service was terrible. there was one waitress for the whole restaurant, which was probably hal... read more

Fish lovers delight! – I was amazed at the selections of fish/seafood on their menu...not just the usual shrimp and salmon, but grouper, tilapia, mussels, etc. and a large variety of choices in each category! I had the blackened salmon with asparagus and it was wonderful! Very fresh. The wait staff was very attentive to service and it has a nice cozy atmosphere. Great Italian cuisine!

Mangia Mangia This restaurant has fresh and tasty meals. Dine in or carry out, the staff is knowledgable and friendly. The best meatballs and they are not stingy with garlic! The portions are generous and they pack them nicely for carry out. The linguini is the best and we always take a few extra meatballs and sausages home for sandwiches later.
