Mangia Mangia This restaurant has fresh and tasty meals. Dine in or carry out, the staff is knowledgable and friendly. The best meatballs and they are not stingy with garlic! The portions are generous and they pack them nicely for carry out. The linguini is the best and we always take a few extra meatballs and sausages home for sandwiches later.
Eat, eat Mangia Mangia is located in Salem Square mall in Countryside and the food is very good. The restaurant creates a nice ambiance, and even has Italian music playing outside on the sidewalk. Prices are a bit high compared to some others, but are certainly not the highest in town.
Worst Management Ever. I have been working in the service industry for many years, so when I go out to eat I often give the staff and management a break and the benefit of the doubt. But today I had the worst customer service experience ever. We went to dinner on a Wednesday night with a coupon that read "Free Appetizer Up to $10" and in the fine print read "Not valid with any other offer". We used the coupon and when we got our bill we were charged $1.00 tax on our appetizer. I was confused and asked why we got charged and ... read more

Yummy This place is amazing!
Will I be back? – This place is bad all around. When you walk in the place reminds you of type of place Dan and Roseanne Connor would go to for their wedding anniversary in Lanford, IL in an episode of Roseanne. Cheesy. Anyone that gives this multiple stars must of never had any other Italian food in their lives cause best way to explain this place is hillbilly Italian food. Awful, horrible, cant use enough negative words. The ingredients we poor quality, all the food was greasy and over seasoned with salt, was almost downri... read more
Located in Countryside on 55th Street is a very good, comfortable and friendly restaurant called Mangia Mangia. I go there quite often and feel it is a friendly restaurant where the staff is good, friendly, efficient and all cooperate together for excellent service. The food is reasonable, delicious and abundant. I see all type of people (young, singles, couples, families, seniors and private parties) having a wonderful time. I feel that it is not only a restaurant that you should know, but one to which you should go to. It ... read more
MangiaMangia is a great restaurant with large portions and a tremendous staff that is extremely friendy and very knowledgeable. Their wide variety of dinner selections (not all Italian) make it a restaurant that you can return to often. I have also tried their pizza and chops, which are new to their menu. These new menu items were also extremely good. I recommend them highly. They have a great price range and a very good wine list. This is great for singles, couples and families who like good food. As a person who dines out ... read more
I have visited Mangia Mangia qa dozen times now, and always with friends and co-workers. We love the quiet privacy of the booths where you can carry on a conversation. Larger groups can have fun at one of the larger tables in the center of the restaurant. I have Celiac disease, and MUST eat gluten-free. The friendly waitstaff always steers me in the right direction and makes sure my order is safe for me to eat without even a trace of flour. Portions are large, and most dishes come with fabulous sides. If you are a fan of gar... read more
