Kristin our server was absolutely amazing. She was kind and patient. The rest of the staff was so friendly and kind as well. We had the calamari appetizer and the diavola pizza. They were both delicious. Oh and their bread and the olive oil herb starter is fantastic. we would absolutely come back.
Ordered take out. Unacceptable experience with their pricing, menu accuracy, and customer service.I ordered the Tagliata Steak Salad, which was clearly listed on their menu for $25. When I checked my receipt, I discovered they charged me an additional $16 for the steak. When I called to point out the error, the Chef informed me it wasn’t a mistake. This place never disappoints. It's never bland, run-of-the-mill Italian. The bread and the oil is a highlight, along with the bottles of water that never goes empty. Service is on it. They know their huge menu, and it's all good from the wine list to the desserts. It almost feels like this place doesn't belong in Cortland. How is this place not always packed!??! Our favorite spot for a casual family dinner, takeout pizza or a celebration 3-course meal, Mangia’s never disappoints! BEST affogato around. The homemade pasta is incredible. 10/10 no notes. Emily H. took care of us this visit, and was fantastic. We can’t wait to return.
