Excellent gym for all age groups and skill levels. They offer kids classes, kids advanced classes, adult classes, sparring sessions and PTs with the coach of your choice. Mang Gon Thai also work with other local clubs to do inter-club sparring days and similar events. Overall, a great team environment, excellent facilities and well priced.

The team at Mang Gon are awesome trainers with a really good set up. My wife and I do personal training sessions and both my daughters take the kids class and love every second of it
Mang Gon Thai Boxing is so much more than just a gym—it's a family.
